FAQs
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Yes – For plastic injection moulding, our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 units, which allows us to maintain cost efficiency and tooling viability. However, we understand smaller runs are sometimes needed. If your project calls for a reduced quantity, please contact us to discuss options tailored to your needs.
How long will it take to receive my parts after I have placed a purchase order?
We require a 3-week lead time to get your parts produced, packed and out of the door. We are working to reduce this time by implementing more automation.
What costs are involved?
The costs involved in an end-to-end service can be quite extensive. The cost of labour, steel and consumables all take their part in the end quote. From completing a drawing of your project, to producing the end result, we recommend having a budget between $7,000 and $45,000 depending on the size and complexity of the job.
How long does it take to get a mould made?
Depending on the size and complexity of your project, lead times for tool making could be 4 to 12 weeks.
